Off Season Free Agency

All the same contract rules apply to off season contract rules.
One thing that I will make possible is our own version of the franchise tag.
FRANCHISE TAG RULE-
At the end of every season you will have players become free agents, you have the right to match one player each year. Once a free agent that was on your team the year before is won in free agency by another team you will have 24 hours to say if you want to match that contract. Again this is for just 1 player per year for each team.
